Hello Seattle homeschoolers!

I have a 13-year-old daughter whom I need to take out of public school due to medical issues (which are not externally visible nor contagious in any way :-). We are looking for a mom with a middle school-aged girl with whom to join forces. I am currently between jobs but am looking and thus am hoping to find a family who will allow her to share their space.

About us:
My daughter Ariana is a very sweet and kind girl (in fact, too kind to others and not kind enough to herself) who is academically focused. I have a degree in education and am comfortable finding and adjusting a curriculum for her. My daughter is very creative, fun, artsy, analytical, and fairly non-athletic. She is introverted and has a sensitivity to loud noises and big spaces but very social and friendly.

We live in Burien and currently attend school in West Seattle. We are completely secular and focused on academic success. I am currently working on PSAT 8/9 prep with her and a friend and would be happy to share this curriculum as well.
