Help! Our sports equipment, gardening tools, seasonal clothes, my deceased mother-in-law’s heirlooms, etc. feel like they’re suffocating us and our small 2 bedroom home and we desperately need to store them somewhere else. I’d like to have a small back yard shed built and I’m crossing my fingers it’ll give us room to breathe again. It doesn’t need to be fancy. Even something from Home Depot is fine, but would appreciate any recommendations of anyone who could install it or build/install.

Tuff Shed is probably the leader in this category. Home Depot sells them, but I don’t know about installation. If you order through TS online, installation is included in the price (I think)- which also gives you the option to customize.

We used Better Built Barns a couple of years ago and have been quite happy! They were at the Home Show, along with Tuff Sheds, but Tuff Sheds would barely give us the time of day. Better Built agreed to beat Tuff Sheds’ price and paid the sales tax.

I looked into a company that had a salesperson and display at the Tukwila Costco recently. They had a number of size, price and finish options. I apologize I can’t remember the company name but they were based out of Puyallup.

    Hi Andasai!

Our WS neighbor Shawn Anderson builds beautiful custom cedar wood sheds, it might not be the cheapest option but they sure look beautiful :)
    Good luck!
