The Grove West Seattle Inn is West Seattle’s only motel. We pride ourselves on providing excellent guest service for our many return guests and ones visiting Seattle, or friends and family for the first time.
We are currently accepting resumes and applications for Front Desk Associates that have prior customer service experience. This is a full time position that will include working weekends, mornings and evenings.
The job requires answering multi-line phones, providing excellent customer service, being able to deal with all types of people and situations, checking in/ checking out and making reservations. There may be times you will be working alone. Please able to trouble shoot, solve guests issues in a courteous manner.
Candidates must be friendly, professional, and have a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
