Free items 44th&Admiral

Just came back from walk, saw some boxes of stuff on either side of the Nelsonian Apartments on 44th and Admiral.

Children’s books on the 44th corner, and dolls in box by the alley. Everything looks well loved. My guess is that the items are left from an apartment clean out?
