JanSParticipantFEEDBACK LOUNGE SAYS GOODBYE
LAST DAY: SATURDAY, AUGUST 8th, 2015
What a fun and wild ride we’ve had over the last seven years. There are simply no words to express how grateful we are to have been a part of the West Seattle Business Community and to have made countless, wonderful friends and worked with many of the industry’s best.
But all good things come to an end. The owners are moving on and the Feedback Lounge is closing. New ownership will be remodeling the space with anticipated reopening in the fall. Our last day of business will be Saturday, August 8th with a final blowout show. We’ll announce the line-up soon. But in the meantime, please drop by to have a drink with us and say goodbye.
Stay tuned to our Facebook page – we have a few surprises coming up!

skeeterParticipantI’ve only lived in West Seattle 8 years but I’m convinced Salty’s will be the only restaurant that lasts forever…

StumbledoreMemberThe Day the Music Died, Rock-N-Roll is dead (again).
Really good people at Feedback, from the bottom to the top and all points in between.
Sorry to hear they’re closing their doors. It was a good ride!

HMC RichParticipantTruly depressing. I have known Jeff since the 80’s and listened to his Brain Pain show on KCMU while we partied at the Deth House in the U District. They must have great reasons so hopefully this is a temporary setback.

JanSParticipantRich, I do not know what he has going in Portland, but I think this is a thing of being spread too thinly, and wanting to spend more time on whatever is going on in Portland, so there’s not enough time to devote to the Feedback, which is taking it’s toll. Hopefully, something good will come out of this for the soace. We have places dedicated to sports. If it turns into another place with wall to wall TeeVee’s with nothing but sports on, and sports bar(pub) fare, I doubt that I’d go back in there. More music/comedy/etc. would be great. We’re sorely lacking in those kinds of places. Let’s remember, a huge sports-type pub/bar is going in right near Calif., on Alaska (Lodge).
Yep, very sad. They were so gracious to me when they allowed the fundraiser for me a few years ago. I won’t forget that ever.

PatrickKeymasterJeff does graphics and promotional work for several musical venues. For the past couple of years the venues in Portland have been more active than the Seattle locations.
