I do not have a high opinion of them. When I brought in my Audi for new tires, the kid had to take out the instructions from the glove compartment to figure out how to remove the wheels. When I had a reliable dealership tell me my VW needed new brake shoes, I stopped in to Les Schwab on 4th Ave S when I found I had a free moment on a Sunday afternoon. I told them what I wanted and he printed a doc saying the car was going in for a brake evaluation. I said no, just need brake shoes. This confused him. He didn’t know what to do and had to get the manager. They fooled around for at least 20 minutes before they produced a document and said brake shoes AND something else (I forget now, clips? rotors?) I said it only needed shoes and he said they always do it this way. I walked out. I’ll never go again.
