santinarigano-leschParticipantWe are looking for dance teachers who are reliable, committed and hard working. You must be willing to participate in completing a successful background check. You will be able to teach beginner and intermediate dance classes in one or more of the following styles: Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz, Latin, Diva, Ballet, Reggeaton, Dance hall (other styles will be considered). Classes will begin for the school year (week of September 19th) at various locations (specifically West Seattle and North Seattle). Classes will be ongoing (daily and weekly) throughout the year. We are also looking for two people who have a strong passion for dance and are interested in learning how to become dance instructors through the use of a practical dance class environment. This is an unpaid internship. Training will occur over a period of time and continuous training opportunities will be offered and required prior to being the main teacher of a class. Ongoing paid permanent teaching opportunities will be provided once training has been completed. Must be a minimum of an intermediate level dancer in one of the following styles: Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz, Latin, Diva, Ballet, Reggeaton, Dance hall (other styles will be considered), and be committed, a hard worker, and reliable.
