Kimberley – I believe it IS being sold in liquor stores, but don’t know which ones are currently stocking it. I’ve heard that the Von’s restaurant in downtown Seattle has it, but haven’t been there to confirm.
I found a few places online that say you can make your own by putting fried bacon in a bottle of vodka and letting it sit for ~3 weeks, but I’m guessing Bakon is more economical and less time-consuming…and hopefully better tasting.
If anyone confirms a place to get this stuff, then please post. Personally, I’d like to try the stuff at a bar/restaurant before buying an entire bottle. :-)
