Time to find a specialist to deal with my increasingly common asthma issues. Any asthma sufferers out there have a physician recommendation? Would of course love to stay in the hood but will travel for the right person.

I love, love, love Dr. Mary Farrington at Virginia Mason. She does a lot of pediatric allergy/asthma work, but she also goes to all the conferences so she’s very in touch with the current research. She treated me well as an adult, and explained things at my level (I.E. she didn’t talk down to me like a kid, but also didn’t get all jargon-y so I couldn’t understand.)
