Kinda hard to imagine that many folks down there now, m22. I think the most that wee there when I still lived there last year, was pushing 140, IIRC.
Actually, it’s not too surprising, considering we’re getting into the warmer time of year, and that many of the winter shelters have closed, or that folks have opted for NV, over indoor shelters, due to NV being less confining in both the literal, and figurative sense; many indoor shelters require residents to vacate during the day, some even make you “sign up” for a bed each day, some have strict curfews, *cough*DESC*cough*. Many require residents to keep their possessions with them at all times, even when going through the meal line, and using the bathroom/shower.
Thanks for the update, and thanks again to you, and all of the other donors/supporters/advocates, that continue to help the folks at NV out.
