We are excited to announce that we are kicking May off in style!! Meet at the shop for our regularly scheduled group run, but it will be anything but regular! Loop the Lupe 5k and Obstacle Course Race will be here to explain more about this great local race! Mark Bouma from Lake Washington PT will be here to lead us through our warm-up!. We are going to run 3 on the Float Dodger 5k course! (This is race week for many of you and we know you are excited to be running 3!)

There will be raffle prizes! Everyone gets a raffle ticket for coming. If you register for Loop, you get an extra. If you register for Float Dodger, you get another ticket! We are raffling off free entries and a 45 minute Run Assessment with Lake WA PT, a $200 value!!!! And there will be more prizes!

We will have rootbeer floats afterward!

Oh, and if you wear a prior race shirt, you will get a discount on registration.
