Whoever did the last lugnuts tightening has some explaining to do and also using a torque wrench for a check, double check method.
When the new houses there on the curve are occupied that is going to be a challenge for the cars to get exit the property and get into the traffic on Olsen Place….almost seems like they will need a traffic light
Not any more than it is for the ones across the street. It’s a mess for sure, but the people buying the houses will know what they’re in for.
Another hot spot for accidents 8th sw an roxbury. They should make it a no left turn inner section. At least during high traffic hours. There’s a left off Olsen with a signal and turn lane just west an a left with turn lane and signal east on roxbury at 14th av sw.
