For those who use Morgan/Sylvan to get between east and west WS, there’s word from the city’s Neighborhood District Coordinator that the construction company is now targeting mid-June for the upcoming summertime road closure — two weeks later than the most recent plan.
SO what is the full story with this road? The fact that they could leave it in that shape for that long is outrageous. Was it the City or the Developer who is responsible for the repairs when they did the initial utility work.
It was not a fun experience the first time they closed that road for an extended period of time and now we have to suffer through it all again.
