Wow that’s a lot of money to pay to go to a public beach to exercise. Or does some of what they charge go to Parks Dept.?

I was wondering what that was all about, as my dog and I ran along Alki the last few Saturdays. The boot camp appeared to be exclusively women, so I figured it was training for the Danskin Tri or something along those lines.

Worth every penny – a great workout – I actually look forward to getting up and down to Alki by 5:30am!

The boot camp is open to having men come…we just can’t find a man who is willing to get up at that hour to work out with us!!!! Capo… are you game? Last weekend we did have one man!!

Please avoid this program. She has taken to putting non-biodegradable heavy card stock flyers on the windshield of cars in the rustica area. These flyers of course are flying… straight into the sound where they will float around forever. Thanks for polluting the sound for us Kristin.

If she cares so little about the environment, I can only imagine how little she really cares for your well being.
