BonnieParticipantAny recommendations who to call for yard waste removal? We have so much yard waste we cannot fit them in our bins so we’d like to have someone come by and haul it away for us. Any suggestions?

sbreParticipantI’ve got a pretty big pile at one of the rental properties that needs to go as well, so here are two jobs for someone willing and wanting to work.
Please leave your contact info or that of someone you’re recommending so Bonnie and I can contact you/them, thanks.
More sun today?? Yippeeeeeee………

dobroParticipantIf you just have a few more container’s worth of yard waste you can put them next to your bin and the truck will take them. they charge a few bucks per extra container. I don’t recall exactly how much but you could look on the seattle.gov website to find out.

sbreParticipantThat’s true dobro, however my pile is a full truck-load or better.
Guess I should have included that in my first post.

BonnieParticipantdobro, I would put all my yard waste in the 8 yard waste containers/bins that I had up until recently before someone stole them all from our alley. So I cannot. I’d replace them all but that would cost as much as it would to have someone take it all away. Also, these are huge limbs of trees that we’ve cut up and they won’t fit too well into those yard waste bags. It’s not just leaves. Our pile takes up our entire front yard!

dobroParticipantYep, sounds like y’all need a professional! I don’t know any haulers but I’ll bet someone will.

BonnieParticipantThanks! I don’t know if the Junk Removal places do yard waste. Or I could rent a truck and bring it all in.

dirtyard98106MemberHi all,
Just for the record, if you want to rent a truck at either home depot or Uhaul ( both about $20 for short term rentals ) we now take yard waste at our
landscape materials yard at 9010 Delridge Way SW, just south of Henderson. Right now the bin’s full but it is supposed to be picked up by Cedar Grove on Friday, so should be empty for the weekend. We
charge as little as $15 per load for small pickups
$25 for larger ones, and we can take some sod and soil as well.

anonymeParticipantIf you have tree limbs cut into manageable pieces, you can put them out with a “free firewood” sign and I guarantee they’ll disappear!
