I’m wondering how current members feel about the West Seattle Health Club facility and business practices these days. I know there were a lot of problems in the past, I am looking for feedback on the current situation. Thank you

I have been a member since the mid-2000s. The club must treat their staff well. Most everyone you see there, you see over and over. This is true for front desk and facilities. Most maintenance matters are addressed promptly, though I have noticed slips from time to time. This is definitely the best proprietor the club has had since they opened 20 odd years ago. I believe the building owner is the business owner and was the person who rescued the club from the Sam Adams debacle.

We’ve been members for a few years and the facilities are fine. I don’t swim or use the sauna so I can’t speak to those. Business practices seem to be OK, they bill us no more than what we owe.
