    We just got Sprint so far service at home not good. Any feed back from other customers?

    Sorry to hear. ATT and you will have no troubles at all. Tell “Sprint” you want a refund.

    Yes if your service is horrible I think by law you have 30 days to cancel service and get a refund. I’m grandfathered in on a crazy good plan from Sprint which I didn’t want to give up. After a few complaints to customer service they sent me an airave at no extra charge to connect to my internet. It’s like a tiny cell tower in your home. I now get 5 bars, it allows multiple connections at once, and haven’t noticed any slowdowns while online. Just an FYI that there is another option.

    I don’t have Sprint but have TMobile and I have lots of places around West Seattle I have no service where my Sprint and AT&T friends do have service. When I am in Arbor Heights I don’t have a problem with it but have a horrible problem down the hill from my house (at Fauntleroy Y/Church/Endolyne Joe’s, etc.) Good luck!

    All most all carriers have a 30 day Buyers Remorse period. You can walk away during this period. But on day 31, you are stuck! I have AT&T for 9 years in Arbor Heights and it’s great!
