Moving to South Delridge, how's the 'hood?

hubby & I found a place off of Delridge & Trenton, we are curious if anyone has had any issues with that area (thefts, vandalism, etc), any input would be appreciated :) We’ve been told by some of the neighbors that it’s fairly decent, lots of children & teens around, just hoping those kids have better things to do than to shoot BBs through peoples’ car windows or steal things.
