Mee Kwa Mooks — Access from above?

What are the best streets (if any) to access Mee Kwa Mooks from uphill access points?
Thanks. My wife likes the hills.

There’s one access point on Jacobsen road, you can see it if you google map the park. It’s the most uphill section. There is no good parking there, however. It’s more or less across from where the goats used to be.
