My niece and her family are moving to West Seattle and I am looking for a reasonable rental with ideally 3 bedrooms. Looking for something under $950.00 monthly. Calling lots of apartments, but anyone have any good tips? Thanks.
Don’t know if you’ll find anything at that price point in West Seattle with 3 bedrooms. I just looked at Craigslist (where I found my current rental) and I had to keep raising the maximum rent until it got to $1,250 for a 3 bedroom.
Yeah, I don’t often even see one-bedrooms in West Seattle for $950 or below. Burien and White Center might be better prospects, honestly. Good luck to your niece!
