clairelbcMemberMy husband, daughter and I live in the Gatewood area. We are looking for a nanny share arrangement for part time care for our infant daughter starting in mid-March when I return to work. This need is currently for Thursdays and Fridays.
Please contact me if you are a nanny interested, a family looking to join forces in order to find care or a family with a full time nanny interested in having us join in.
Thank you,
Claire

DianeParticipantHi Claire
I have participated in several nannyshares, as the nanny; these can take many forms, so please let me know if you’d like feedback on best practices/options
Your Thurs, Fri long-term need would not work for me if only 2 days/week, but if you need emergency care, temp or date night sitter, I’d love to hear from you
I am a longtime child care provider/nanny/teacher/babysitter in Seattle area; more focused this year on families in my home neighborhood of West Seattle; I live on hill between Alaska and Admiral Junctions; I’ve added about 20 new families in past 6 months through posts on craigs list and referrals; recently some have lost their jobs, no longer need child care, so I am open to more new families seeking temp/on-call baby care in your home; my specialty is newborns/infants/toddler, helping new moms transition back to work; experienced with all ages and multiples
I have extensive experience, excellent family references, including detailed letters of ref
“Last minute” 1 or 2 days notice actually works best for me, often even few hours is fine
I can fill in for nanny break or temp while you search for ideal nanny, school breaks, daycare wait list, date nights
Have my own carseats, strollers, Bjorn carrier
Available now for days, nights, weekends; Min 8 hr days; Min 4 hr nights
Most families pay me $15+/hr
You can reach me at SeattleBabies@aol.com or 206-949-7377
