AnonymousInactiveI live right next door to this location, I will not be specific to respect his privacy if he still lives there, but there is major construction in the backyard. The main residence is a large round house. I was home for two weeks and the construction noise was HORRIBLE. Does anyone who lives in the area have any idea when it will be done? It has been going on for months!

CarsonParticipantType in the address, it will show you who the current owner is and permits and violations. Also, how to contact the owner, if he has property taxes sent to another address

Garden_nymphMemberThat’s right, just type the address… ;) We won’t tell ANYONE!

CarsonParticipantI was curious, since everyone has said he no longer owns the house. That is correct, he appears to no longer own the house….but, wanna guess who pays the taxes on the property? With a Nashville TN address? Its not Elvis.

BlendParticipant“Is something wrong, she said
Well of course there is
You’re still makin’ all that noise, she said
Oh, and do I deserve to be listening to this??
Is that the question
And if so…if so…who answers…who answers…
But ohhh..I’m still alive..oh I …I’m still alive.”

CarsonParticipantNot that big of a mystery, an E Vedder still pays the property taxes, so while he might not be the owner on paper, it appears he still takes fiscal responsibility for the property. Or it might be a totally different E Vedder than the one in question….

HunterGParticipantIf you were famous would you want people knowing where you live?
Everyone deserves their privacy, why don’t you just walk over there and ask?

hopeyParticipantSometimes your friends take care of stuff for you when you’re away for a while, know what I mean?
Also, to the OP: looks like they’re putting in a swimming pool and stuff. It’s all on the DPD website, including contractor info.
I sorta wonder if it means he’ll be coming back to town more often. :D

jissyParticipantHe is still living in W.Seattle –(don’t ya know with those REALLY fun remodel projects you have to still live nearby so you can be on-site almost EVERY day!). He’s a current neighbor to a friend of mine at a condo complex which will remain unidentified!

JasperbluParticipantTo the neighbor of Mr. Vedder…. DUDE, you’re a neighbor, if the construction noise is bothering you, just go next door and SAY SOMETHING.
And also? If the noise is going on from the hours of say 8am – 5pm, they’re well within city ordinance rights to conduct construction business. I say get over it and be glad your neighbors are improving their house, thereby improving YOUR property values.
Peas out.
