All of a sudden my Dell 962 all in one printer is printing the background in blue and will not print any text! Any suggestions? I have checked the cartridges and the tape is off and the cartridges are new and full.
What color of background were you expecting? What were you printing from? Some programs (such as internet explorer) allow you to block background printing in order to save on ink. If you were expecting another color then it sounds like a faulty magenta ink cartridge.
