Job Summary
Zeeks’ Dining Room Service Managers (DRSMs) are the CHAMPIONS OF SERVICE in the front of the house of their restaurant. The Dining Room Service Manager reports to and partners with the General Manager (GM) to ensure that the front of house staff is providing an outstanding service experience for our guests. The DRSM will live, teach and demonstrate the overall mission, culture, and philosophy of Zeeks (including our 7 Steps of Service) and will be responsible for successfully training our Server, Bartender, Host, Busser, and Counter staff. The Dining Room Service Manager must be able to communicate effectively with and take direction from the GM and all senior management, as well as effectively communicate with and delegate to restaurant employees. A successful DRSM will be a highly competent manager of the key drivers of restaurant success such as dining room operations, food and beverage quality, customer satisfaction, employee training and development, consistent and positive communication, store cleanliness, safety, and maximizing profitability (labor and cost of goods sold).
