ABParticipantI just found out i need to take a CPR class ASAP. Anybody interested in pointing me in a direction towards a training class close by? Thanks a bunch.

herongrrrlParticipantCall your nearest fire station and ask them, sometimes they give classes or will know who does.
I’m pretty sure Highline Medical Center in Burien regularly offers adult and child CPR classes, too.

luckymom30ParticipantVia a web search found out there is a company here in West Seattle called A CPR class located at 6055 35th Ave SW, #206-790-0743. They teach the American Heart Association Cirriculum and the certificate is good for 2 years. They also teach AED and Blood Bornes Pathogen. They have a website acprclass.com. Hope this helps!

When I was about 10yrs old I was at the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal when an older gentleman had a heart attack and I watched as nobody assisted. It left an image in my mind forever. He died…I guess there wasn’t anyone around that knew CPR.
