We are looking for hard working and personable individuals to join our team. Freshy’s serves up Victrola Coffee & performing as a barista is a must! In addition, Freshy’s offers fantastic sandwiches and soups, so we are looking for someone who can execute food preparation as well. While previous barista and food service experience is preferred, it is not required. Thus we will train the right person, someone who fits the Freshy’s vibe!
This job is in a fast paced environment and requires someone to be able to multitask while providing customers with a memorable experience. Freshy’s is very “community” oriented thus we want to hire individuals who can hold their own personality while working well with customers and staff. Gaining respect from the regulars & new customers is important to becoming part of the team. Freshy’s is known for its non-pretentious & fun atmosphere so having a desire to meet new people & truly care about to her customers and Freshy’s team is a must.
