    The earlier thread concerning development at 3531 and 3541 SW 100th Street in Arbor Heights appears to be closed.

    For those who asked, the owner has applied with the Seattle Planning Department to short plat the two properties into five lots (dividing 3531 into two parcels, and 3541 into three parcels), and then build houses on the lots.

    It took a while to log in, and when I was finally able to do so there was no Reply box to add comments to the posting. Now this morning the box is back. Do you have the ability to combine the two postings or should I just copy my comments from this one into the other one? Thank you!

    No, sorry, we don’t have the administrative ability to move posts into another thread nor to combine them. So cutting and pasting would be great! – TR
