John here with Adept Pest Solutions. I was made aware from a previous client that someone had posted incorrect comments about Adept Pest Solutions and its business owners on the West Seattle Blog. In response to rose geranium’s comments regarding “cheaters”, I have attached a link to the Seattle Business License search http://www.seattle.gov/licenses/find-a-business. Simply type in our company name, Adept Pest Solutions, and you will see that in fact we do have a Seattle business license and that in fact this license is current and was renewed in December of 2014. I can’t begin to understand the motivation for the blog post and its maligning comments but I hope this sets the record straight. I can’t be more emphatic, if you have any questions or concerns regarding Adept Pest Solutions licensing, insurance, pest questions etc. you can always contact us directly and we will be sure you get the most accurate and up to date information.
In addition, I have attached links to our Washington State Business License, which appear to have been already posted via “Mike”http://bls.dor.wa.gov/licensesearch/lqsLicenseDetail.aspx?RefID=835418
Our Washington State Department of Agriculture Pesticide License http://agr.wa.gov/PestFert/LicensingEd/Search/ Type in License # 54037
And finally our general contractors license https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/ Type in UBI # 602655131.
We also are licensed in Bellevue and Sammamish.
I am certain that you will find that all licenses are current, in good standing and up to date.
You can be sure that holding these licenses ensures we have a Washington State Department of Revenue account and that we certainly pay our fair share of taxes.
In addition we are members of the Washington State Pest Management Association http://www.wspca.org/ , and the National Pest Management Association https://npmapestworld.org/index.cfm
We have an A+ standing with the Better Business Bureau http://www.bbb.org/alaskaoregonwesternwashington/business-reviews/pest-control-services/adept-pest-solutions-in-renton-wa-22520995
A final note, Regarding the Seattle business license, this license is solely for the collection of B&O tax, it performs no duties in regard to harm of the client, broken contracts or damage. These maladies are covered under the Washington Business license, Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and the Washington State Department of Agriculture. The threshold for collecting Seattle Business and Occupation tax is total gross receipts of $100,000.00 or more in the Seattle area only. This information can be easily found on the Seattle Business License website.
I would like to thank the West Seattle community for their business and support.
Best Regards,
John Marshall
