I think the discussion of facts and details above are great. As a former teacher I personally believe that charter schools are a tool to destroy unions. Also, public schools have magnet schools such as the international school, or the stem school. Charter schools in my opinion have seriously failed in most locations. Yes, a few exceptions, but in general they have been a disappointment.
