  With the understanding that the article was in the Real Estate section of the paper, it is still to bad that the article didn’t have comments from people other than real estate agents or one newly arrived home buyer. Beyond the outstanding work that the Delridge Neighborhood Development Association has done, there are plenty of dedicated citizens living in Delridge who have been working for years to improve public safety and the quality of life in the area. With its vast public greenspaces Delridge is a gem, and the polishing will continue with or without real estate agent praise.

  I don’t know if this fits in here – please tell me if it’s the wrong place. I’m looking for a small apartment, studio or a room in a nice shared apartment in the time between end of March 2007 and end of June 2007. I’m a 28 years old PhD Student form Freiburg/Germany.
