Going southbound on 35th by OLofG school at 3-3:30 the lights on the school speed signs were not flashing, people on the other side of the street going northbound were going slower…not 20 but slower and those were flashing. On my return trip the northbound were indeed flashing and I took a look at the one aimed southbound and still that one was not flashing.

Is this going to be a holiday money maker for the city?? No school/no kids but lights flashing one direction not the other and people going about 25 instead of 20…?? I noticed the same thing in other areas Xmas eve…lights flashing schools closed no kids. What is the deal?? Do we have to go 20 no matter what??
