RAVE: Heartland Cafe

Just tried the Heartland Cafe on Admiral last night, and had to post a rave about the food! It’s kind of a funky, quirky place, especially if you sit in the cozy, low ceilinged galleon room, but the food on the new winter menu’s pretty yummy. One of us had the Steak salad, one the Shepherds’ pie, and one the meatloaf. All were really good..the shepherds pie was the best I’ve ever had, and both other dishes were equally good. Service was also good and friendly! Yay for the Heartland! Keep up the good work!

I love the Heartland, for their food and the Benbow Room. So happy they were able to save that space. It really is a magical piece of West Seattle history.

The Eruption is the greatest. If you haven’t tried it your missin’ out big time. Heartland is my go to spot when I’m in the AD!
