Your job will be to answer calls from our amazing customers and schedule appointments to help them with their HVAC needs! You will work with an extraordinary group of people and do other super cool stuff!

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage inbound and outbound calls, including email follow up to consumers
Educate customers on product and guide to most appropriate selection for needs
Handle warranty, shipping, and payment inquiries
Utilize and toggle between multiple computer screens
Use good judgment and critical thinking skills to assist customers
Record detailed call and account information in database
Maintain positive and friendly demeanor to all customers and employees
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, food service, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills, including typing 30+ wpm
Ability to exercise good judgment and provide the best experience for the customer
Degree preferred, but not required
Desire to learn and be taught new information
A good attendance record
