Newnative, if they bother you, don’t look directly at them. Do what drivers are supposed to do when an oncoming car has their highbeams on, look towards the right edge of the lane. Or, in a pedestrians case, look towards the right side of the side walk an wait the few seconds until it passes. Cyclists (and walkers, runners) are not intentionally trying to cause you any harm, only using every tool available to keep inattentive or distracted drivers from killing us.
