I wonder if Michelle Shocked knows she’s not performing at Meander’s tonight. She still has it listed on her list of tour dates: http://www.michelleshocked.com/tour.html

Miranda wrote on their FB page that Shocked has been showing up at the previously booked sites anyway, in many cases sitting on the sidewalk outside, singing and talking to people, so they won’t be surprised if that happens here too … TR

Yet another stunning aerial photo from Long Bach Nguyen!

    .

I checked out Mr. Nguyen’s website, as I am now at the point in my new-ish to me home, that I need to start filling up more walls with artwork.

    .

Now, I’m no expert on pricing of any type of art, but Mr. Nguyen’s prints seem to be very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality.

    .

Even being on a limited income, I think I could easily afford to purchase a few prints over time, coupled up with a simple and decent looking, but reasonably priced frame. Just gonna have to wait until I get a couple more necessities! ;-)

    .

Oh, BTW, Mr. Nguyen is self-taught in his photography!
