Duped again. Voted first for medical marijuana only to find it was only an excuse to abuse. Voted to legalize, given absolute assurance that use would be strictly regulated. Now SPD announces they will do nothing at all about public use, which was my main concern. Disgusting.
Grounds for that, fwiw, have been cited as the 2003 “lowest law enforcement priority” measure – http://norml.org/news/2003/09/18/seattle-voters-approve-initiative-making-marijuana-enforcement-city-s-lowest-priority – not anything in 502.
