I’m IMPRESSED with the resourcefulness of the design for the Transitional Resources project on SW Avalon. Wise use of indoor and outdoor space.

It’s probably a good idea to TWEAK the ventilation and lighting plans for the residential units on one side of the new building. The reason: At some point in the future there will likely be a 44 foot high blank wall abutting this new TR building. The future development could be a 44 foot high condo building right where the Tillicum Tours office is currently located.

-I think it was Hammerhed (sic) Cycles that used to operate out of the house that is on the site of the future, new Transitional Resources building. I used to take my bike to the fellow that ran the shop. Always wondered where he wound up….
-I really wish there were a lot more Transitional Resources facilities in WS and around the City. Seems like there is such a great need for these kind of places for people to receive the help they need.
