Why do you think it is OK to put your dog pooh in my trash can?

I recall a thread a while back where people were upset that they couldn’t let their dogs run around off leash in parks

And yet they do it anyway, if my recent experience in Westcrest (outside the off-leash area, mind) is any indication.
