Our cat, Boston, went missing Wed night the 13th. We live in the Gatewood Neighborhood, on 35th by the water towers. samnallie@comcast.net
hi not sure of Bostons gender / i understand the importance of withholding some information & its a good idea .. please forgive me if Boston isnt a female kitty , ( intentions are good ).. We have facebook lost & found cat groups & someone had shown me this post, trying to recall where they had seen the missing post … / i dont think we ever did find it , i know most missing kittys when found are usually close to home , but occasionaly we see them found quite a distance , just yesterday seen a happy reunited pawboost post of a cat lost from tacoma & found in olympia & thank heavens the finder took kitty to vet & kitty was microchipped & hes blissfully at home after being lost/ missing for 10 months .. They have no clue as to how he got there , its not very common but it happens alot more often than people realize .. anyway this kitty is at the kent shelter & if your kitty is female & looks enough like Boston , it might be well worth the few minutes to call & check on her.. Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC) in Kent ..Here is a link to their found pet webpage https://www.kingcounty.gov/depts/regional-animal-services/lost-and-found/LOST/found-animals-search.aspxif you scroll down shs in the 6th row on right , theyve given her the temporary shelter name Chrissy.. which i believe is not related to her original name before she was found ( unless of course she is chipped & thats the name on registration ,, well you probably know all this already , but mentioning it as common sense may try to tell us ” how would they know that cats name unless they were familiar with their past ” and just assume kitty is an owner surrender .. ok sorry for such a ,long book ./. & i imagine after all this your kitty Boston will not be same gender & ive been just practicing on my typing skills :) Regardless i hope you find kitty safe & soon !
Hi, there is a cat that looks like yours that was just posted on Nextdoor. This is the picture they posted and it has a broken leg.
PLEASE don’t just post something like this, especially something mentioning a membership-required website. The reason we keep this page is because we ARE visible to everyone, no membership required, no microneighborhood borders. If you think this is Boston, *please* contact the people directly – whomever posted on the walled social media you mention, send them the link to this post, which you can do in a variety of ways – using the SHARE THIS link, right clicking on the headline, or copying from the URL window. Thank you! – TR
