A nice lady walking by my house just found this dog running loose—white Shih Tzu with a lion cut. Please call the lady at (425) 297-3075 if anyone knows who this guy’s people are.

Hi I am missing my dog scruffy I believe he was stolen so his appearance could have been altered by the person who stole him. This looks like it could potentially be him. Can you compare the picture with him? I also have a picture of his paw.
