  You can take them to any vet to scan for a microchip

  I found this dog today by Roxbury Safeway, her name is Maggie and the phone number with it doesn’t work. She is chip and I will take her to a vet but does anyone know or recognize this dog? Thanks let me knowBegal mix

    Amelia, I believe this dog belongs to the couple staying next door to me this weekend. She was lost last night around 10:50pm. I’ll go next door to let them know. What’s the best way to have them connect with you?

      Sorry, Amelia didn’t email us an actual announcement of this (we ask for those by email, not by comments on other random posts), it just turned up in a comment. In case it hasn’t already been resolved, I’ll try emailing the address with which they posted the comment.

    You should start a new post in this section instead of replying to an old one that won’t be seen as much. Also, you don’t list any contact info if someone does recognize the dog – please add that. And, last but not least, South Seattle Veterinary Hospital on 110th & 1st Ave S is open on Sundays so you can scan for a chip with contact info.
