Ugh, I saw this exact same cat tonight (01/16/20) very close to the same area, and I got the same vibe from him. He must be somebody’s lost pet. He’s well-groomed and very friendly, but skinny. I went to get him some food, but he had run off by the time I came back with it.I’m sure someone’s looking for him. I hope they can find him. Poor baby.
