FOUND CAT: Injured, in Gatewood – September 12, 2021 10:29 pm

Tonight, my family and I found an injured cat when we were on a walk in our Gatewood Hill neighborhood (SW Southern St.). The cat was having trouble using its back legs, so we took it to BluePearl Pet Hospital in Renton. They will treat it and, if it survives, release it to animal control unless it is chipped. We’re hoping that if this cat belongs to someone, they’ll see this and can contact BluePearl. The cat is small and all black (no white that we could see). The vet ER nurse said the cat may have been injured and stuck in the bush where we found him for at least a week, based on its condition.
