I am looking for regular maintenance. I need spring clean up to start, bi-weekly mowing, and as needed weeding, etc. Does anyone have a rec for someone who does this and does not charge $40/hour? So far I keep getting recs for either lawn work or yard clean up, but not someone who does it all.
What about a company that does both lawn and yard maintenance (weeding, clean up, pruning). I don’t need a landscape company but I do need a company that can do both. I don’t want to hire to different companies to maintain my yard.
looks like BECU might have one coming in April. I think they do this every April and October per their website (I searched for “shred”).
we have also used Swedish, specifically Dr. Hott but also Dr. Franklin (and we’ve seen just about all the other doctors too) and we have always been happy with the care and service. It’s always a positive experience.
We had this problem even after my husband dug a French drain, so we hired Perma Dry who were awesome; fixed the problem and warrant their work for 10 years I think. We are now doing a basement remodel and plan to put carpeting in!!
ah, totally understood! Bummer! Unfortunately my experience is appliances like that have a problem being over heat (stove) even though they are supposed to deal with it. Especially if they are over a gas range?…
I bet you could buy a new microwave for less than the price of getting it repaired. A quick look (online) at target shows them from $55.
I’ve tried all the local channels and I cannot find it. Bummer. Anyway, have fun Jissy, I guess in-person is the only way to see it.
Rhonda Porter (The Mortgage Porter). She is a WSB sponsor. Super helpful, has great rates (at least when we did our refi).August 3, 2013 at 2:23 pm in reply to: Need Referral for a B.H.R.T therapist, HOT FLASHES #795304
I see a naturapath – Dr. Oldfield at West Seattle Natural Medicine. She is great listener, very, very personable. I am sure all the docs at WSNM are great too.
That is great news Costanza. Thank you so much. I’ll check with them ASAP!
they are about 32″ high and 12″ wide at the top. There are actually 5. Note they are somewhat rusty and a bit bent, but I’m sure they would still work.
We go to safeway for everything but meat and then go to Metropolitan for meat. We also do a monthly to costco for some things and once in awhile to TJs. Safeway has great prices on staples I must say.
Second for Dr. Shaffer at Admiral Veterinary Hospital, we’ve used him for all our cats and dog. Everything there is kind and compassionate.
We used them to do a small repair on a second house we own and plan on using them for a very large water proofing project. So far we are very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their pricing.
I have a MIL apt available the first of May. Private entrance, bath, kitchen and large recroom and offstreet parking. The only thing you would share is the laundry. 750.00 includes all utilities, cable and internet.
Nella Knives on 4th in SODO. They are professional sharpeners for the food industry and also sell knives. Quite inexpensive and super high quality sharpening. I would not recommend taking good kitchen knives anywhere else!
