Ok from my iPad and mac,could it be a mac vs PC thing that folks are experiencing?
Have you checked with cLink? It should be under warranty, we got ours replaced no charge…..
Not sure why they are using your container, other than they can, but if you can’t store it in an area where it can’t be accessed then maybe move your recycle container next to the Yardwaste and put signs on the tops saying “Yardwaste” or “recycle”. And look at the bright side, at least it is not dog poop that they are tossing in there! ;-)

Feel your pain. I broke down and put heat on for a few hours today, but it is off for the night and hopefully a few more weeks! I am NOT ready for the cooler weather, but hubby is doing a happy dance over snow in Cascades…..

Try Stacey Yale at Courtesy Accounting in the Junction across from post office, she has done our personal and business tax returns for years after we left another firm that charged on multiple levels for each person that touched our paperwork and at 15 minute increments. Stacey is very good and has not raised her rates in all the years we have used her.
An update. So here it is 3 months later. After calling the PSE emergency number we finally got our meter’s electronics replaced on 6/24; the service tech also removed our meter’s gauge panel and replaced it with a new one reading 0000. Stupidly I neglected to write down the final meter gauge reading when the tech replaced the gauge panel. I was told I would get a corrected bill within a week or so. Our gas bills normally arrive between the 15-20th each month, so when I still had not received a corrected gas bill, or even an erroneous one I called PSE customer service once again this morning. After being transferred to 3 different people and having to explain the issue to each one and 1 hour on the phone PSE is now going to “expedite the correction of our bill” and we should get the corrected bill next month, which will now be 3 month’s of charges and hopefully correct. Time will tell……

Only for you sweetie! You know how I feel about the rest this year, very sad showing in PR/Marketing. But JTV should be recognized as ticket outlet too!
