GebusParticipantHey I’m down for the occasional show.
How would you like to connect?
GebusParticipantAll plumbers are expensive so even for a call out to investigate it is going to cost but I have had Bee’s Plumbing out to my home for something similar and they were honest and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.
GebusParticipantTo be honest they might not even be interested in underbidding your first quote.
It is possible they want to see what you are willing to spend to see if it is worth their time as so many contractors good and bad are backlogged with work right now they can pick and choose their next jobs.
I called one of the companies listed here on the site and they were only interested in how much money I wanted to spend on the project which made me uncomfortable too. I’d rather see how much you are going to charge me for the basic work and then add improvements if my budget can afford them, not give you my budget and have your quote match my spending capabilities.Good luck finding someone sooner but it might be better to wait!

GebusParticipant@wwucats you need to contact Robert Linke – He is an animal control officer for Seattle Animal Shelter. You can refer to my Case No 5515656. The owners of this dog I believe own the Wildwood Market. They should be fined because they are clearly not learning their lesson. Their dog(s) attacked me and my dog. They used to have two but I have only seen the one out lately.
He can be reached at Robert.Linke@seattle.gov
You should report them because there is a fine involved, especially because this is not the first time this has happened. I tried to call them when this happened but they never had the decency to call me back so I reported them and he did go to their address and speak to them. I carry pepper spray with me when I walk my dog now specifically because of this incident and their dog(s).June 20, 2021 at 8:52 pm in reply to: An open letter to dog owners and Arbor Heights residents #1008945
GebusParticipantHi @wwucats did this happened on 105th behind the school? Just curious as I have had something similar happen to me and I reported them to animal control.
If it is the same house I have some information for you.
Sorry that happened.February 5, 2021 at 1:15 pm in reply to: Where can I find anesthesia free teeth cleaning services for dogs? #998563
GebusParticipantThe Wash Dog in White Center does teeth brushing not sure if that helps if your dog has a lot of build up.
GebusParticipantHey @chinook I have been using CenturyLink for a couple of years now if they are available in your area of West Seattle. Never had issues with speed and I got locked in at $65 price for life 940Mbps. Was happy to say goodbye to Scamcast for good.
GebusParticipantThis is not true in my experience at the Roxbury Safeway. I have literally never seen a person with a counter since the days of lockdown and there is zero enforcement or signage to encourage one way isles?
Although it has gotten better at this store with mask usage if you want to feel safe then you need to go either super early in the morning or super late at night.

GebusParticipantHey thanks for the responses!
@waytogomo I am having Northwest Moss come out and do the job appreciate it!Cheers,
Greg
GebusParticipantI was a 10+ year comcast customer and switched to the same CL plan you mentioned last year. I work from home a lot and need the high speeds and it works great. I have never had an outage.
You won’t get the actual 940Mb unless you are ethernet connected directly to the router but my average speed is in the 600-700Mb range.

GebusParticipantAccidentally deleted my posting so here is the new link. Lowered price.
Good tender or fishing boat ready to hit the water today, with everything included.

GebusParticipantThere is a Labcorp blood draw place inside of Chi Franciscan on Alaska. Although it is inside the building it is a separate business and as far as I know you can make an appointment just with them as they do bill separately from my doctor who is in that building.
You can call Chi Fransican and ask them for the lab number +12069710425.
GebusParticipantThis can happen for a number of reasons.
If you already checked for an outage and there is none https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage, restart your router and check speed again.
Login to your router and make sure you don’t need to switch channels if too many people are sharing the same channel it can slow you down, though usually not that much.
If it’s an xfinity supplied router turn of the default xfinity wifi hotspot. They tell you it won’t slow down your speed, but it does.
If none of that works try renewing your IP lease.
I personally switched to Century Link and live in your hood. It’s $65 a month even, for life as long as you don’t move. 1G speeds. I have not had a single issue with it since switching.
Cheers,
G
GebusParticipantI love this. Sorry not sorry but they should park one or more of these every single day until these city council members wake up and let SPD do it’s job.
Hey @WSB why literally no coverage of this? Seems like biased reporting IMHO, if you look up Herbold on the site everything is pretty overwhelmingly positive. . .
GebusParticipantWe go to Bella Mente for our daughter. They follow the Seattle School schedule for their aftercare and I think do the same for their daycare program with extra charge should you need to sign up for any of the breaks. . .

GebusParticipantThat space is part of the seattle parks.
You can try the parks directly:

(https://www.seattle.gov/homelessness/resources)Good luck I used to live a couple of houses up from the pole and it has had campers a few times over the years.
