To the person in the white Mercedes who was behind my car this morning as I was waiting to turn out of Thriftway: I am sincerely sorry you had to wait 30 seconds while I emptied my wallet ($1 bill and a huge fistful of coins) for the Real Change seller.

I don’t normally ‘give’ at corners as I believe it is a dangerous practice for giver and givee, but I was moved to do so today.

By the way, it looks like a great issue and glad I didn’t miss it!

and we all know that 30 seconds is going to make such a HUGE difference for them (she says, sarcastically)
