    It makes no sense at all to assume that off-leash dogs in parks and other unauthorized areas are better controlled than dogs in designated off-leash areas, such as Westcrest.

    This thread bothers me. The OP stated “I’m just looking for law breakers right now…”

    I don’t think it is proper to use WSB forums to gather information about illegal activities for personal or professional gain. If I was a moderator I would close this thread.
