dawsonctParticipantDoes he REALLY expect intelligent people believe he is MERELY misspeaking?
Of course, THEY aren’t who the Huckster is communicating with.

I didn’t know Kansas was known more for Madrasas than Boy Scout troops.

JanSParticipantIn a recent poll, Mike Huckabee was the frontrunner in a vote for suggested candidates (Repub) for Prez in 2012, followed by Mitt Romney, then John McCain, (I think), and then Sarah P. Totally scary…and nary a Newt mentioned.
Seems that some of these politicians are “misspeaking” often these days. And still no action on the economy and jobs. Huck speaks the language of the Tea Party, the fringes…some people will believe anything.

redblackParticipantthe GOP race is going to be fun to watch. it’s like the 47 stooges – with billions of dollars. they’re going to spend more time and cash attacking each other than they will the democrats. i think most moderate republicans and true independents (not the new crop who are just embarrassed to admit that they voted for bush) will defect to obama.
hell, obama is a moderate republican.

HelperMonkeyParticipantthe one that made me laugh (while crying on the inside) was Mike Huckabee blasting Natalie Portman for “glamorizing single motherhood”…while he obviously has no problem with single teen mom Bristol Palin.

I hope people are not stupid enough to actually vote for this religious wingnut moron. He’s not even smart enough to know when to shut his fool mouth.
*sorry, can’t get link to work correctly

Genesee HillParticipantAgreed. He is a moronic wingnut. But even he has enough sense not to attack Sarah’s lovely daughter, Bristol!

DPMemberWhat? Glamorizing single motherhood!
I’m far more worried about people like Lady Gaga, who’s glamorizing . . . well . . .
— whatever it is she’s glamorizing.
And speaking of politics, why isn’t anyone proposing a Constitutional amendment to stop Charlie Sheen?

redblackParticipantDP: one word: ratings.
the american public just loves watching people crash and burn on tee vee. and in high definition!

ensignmarvinMemberMurphy Brown comes to mind…and I don’t believe many over the age/edge of (?) understand that everything you say, even or especially to a friendly/cheering crowd will come back and bite ya.

JayDeeParticipantMike Huckabee should be the last person to judge morality. Why is he even taken seriously? Micheal Dukakis got dinged with Willie Horton and I think was only peripherally involved in his getting out of jail. Yet Mike Huckabee pardoned Maurice Clemons who should still be behind bars in Arkansas, much less free to execute the four Lakewood police officers. I sincerely hope the national press hounds him on this issue.
