service dog academyMemberI will be opening a dog training studio/retail store location in the Morgan Junction in January just in time for you to train your Christmas puppies! Im a small (micro) business owner and wear just about every hat in this company. Unfortunately that includes webmaster. I know my business inside and out but you dont. Ive had several people contact me completely confused about how to register for the the classes (a major problem in my eyes but I really dont understand the confusion). Could you take a little time navigating the site and give me some feedback on it? Answering questions such as
Are the class pages easy to find?
What about our individual in home training appointments pages, can you even find them?
How might we make it easier to navigate?
What information is missing that you might need to make a decision to train with SDA?
If you wanted to register for a class, can you even figure out how to do so?
Any other recommendations?
Because we believe in positive reinforcement for both our dogs and people a $25 gift certificate to a local West Seattle Restaurant (we support the local businesses) and two small bags of dog treats will be sent to the 2 people with the most helpful feedback.

service dog academyMemberThere has been some amazing feedback so far. Little did I know how confusing my site was! Website designer I am not. :)
This contest will continue until the grand opening that will be held within the first week or two of January.
And those of you who have emailed about not having dogs, we can work out a deal to give you free cat treats instead :)

clark5080ParticipantI found it easily but that being said it would be more straight forward of you put a registration button right on the front page in plain view and not buried inside a drop down menu

I will be sending you all emails shortly to get additional contact info to send you your gifts! I appreciate everything that was said and will be implementing the changes in the coming weeks.
